Mangaluru International Kite Festival 2026

Hello folks,

The Mangaluru International Kite Festival is the story of a long-standing partnership... I first recognized the mark of that collaboration when we invited them to the Kerala Kite Festival we organized in 2010.

The friendship and trust that began then still remains today. MRPL truly deserves applause in every sense. Standing shoulder to shoulder, the success of Team Mangaluru belongs to their team itself. They managed to conduct the 9th edition very beautifully as well. Congratulations Team Mangalore.

Reminiscent plots

Kerala’s first kite festival was organized in Kochi for the Rotary Club, by a group of friends who thought alike. Later, it became Kite Life Foundation. Even today, participants of the Kerala Kite Festival share wonderful feedback. It’s a joy. And the reason for that joy, as a kite enthusiast, is the truth that it’s only possible because of sponsors. If we have a good, supportive sponsor, our kites will surely reach the blue skies—there’s no doubt about that.

Festival was an occasion to meet up old and new friends with their kites. All contributed Blue Bay skyline, a spectacular color fiesta with their creations and that amused everyone who witnessed the event.

Wel done PR team, Event manager, NCC cadets, and all supportive volunteers.
